Fingerhut Recruitment Presentation Design

As part of an internal initiative to boost employee engagement and streamline recruitment communications, I concepted and designed a comprehensive presentation deck for Fingerhut, aligning closely with the overarching Bluestem Brands identity. The goal was to create a tool that not only communicated the company’s values and culture but also felt distinctly Fingerhut—welcoming, professional, and forward-thinking.

I developed a cohesive brand identity for the deck that extends Fingerhut’s visual language, incorporating native Microsoft fonts to ensure universal accessibility and seamless usability across departments. Each slide was thoughtfully designed to be both visually dynamic and functional, featuring large photography placeholders, branded color treatments, styled quote blocks, and modular layouts that could be tailored to various messaging needs including onboarding, internal communications, and recruitment outreach.

This deck serves as a flexible, on-brand asset that reinforces company culture and creates a visually engaging experience for both prospective and current employees.
