1860 Cracked Lincoln Coin Program
At Asset Marketing Services, I supported the launch of a historically significant program for GOVMINT: the re-striking of Abraham Lincoln’s original 1860 presidential campaign coin die. My role included developing creative assets that told the story behind this once-in-a-lifetime numismatic opportunity while engaging top collectors.
Self-Mailer: Designed to introduce the coin and highlight its historical significance, mailed to top customers as a compelling entry point into the program.
Package Insert: A teaser piece included in customer orders to build anticipation for the upcoming launch and announce our exclusive partnership with Osborne Mint.
Product Storybook: The centerpiece of the storytelling experience, delivered with each order. This collector’s keepsake shared the fascinating history of the 1860 die, the preservation process, and the cultural importance of re-striking the coins today.
Together, these pieces created a cohesive customer journey—from initial awareness to in-hand storytelling—making this program both educational and deeply meaningful for collectors.
